Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Tryout Janine’s super tasty and super easy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie recipe.


  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1tsp pumpkin spice blend
  • optional scoop, protein powder of your choice


  1. Blend on high until smooth, makes 2 servings.
